Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
At Saint Verde Succulants, our plants are handpicked and packed with meticulous care, ensuring they reach you in perfect condition. We process orders within 3-5 business days, and all our deliveries are handled by our trusted third-party courier, The Courier Guy. Your order will be shipped across South Africa, with the transit times varying based on your location. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details provided by The Courier Guy.

​Keep in mind that our plants are living products; while we take every precaution to ensure they arrive in great condition, some may need a little time to adjust to their new environment post-transit.
Return Policy
At Saint Verde, your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

If your plant/product arrives in less than satisfactory condition, get in touch with us immediately (within 2 days from delivery), providing a description and photographs of the issue. We will work to rectify the situation, which may include replacing the plant or offering a refund, as appropriate.

While we stand by the quality of our plants, we cannot be held responsible for their health if they've suffered due to neglect or inappropriate care after being received by the customer. We're always here to provide guidance on plant care if needed.
